Welcome to Mountain South Ranch - located on 30 acres of grazing pastures in beautiful Eagle Colorado and sitting directly over town, the ranch is convenient to horse boarders throughout the Vail Valley. Vast BLM trails are accessible from our land enabling boarders to saddle up and trail ride directly from the Ranch - a much loved activity for horses and boarders alike!
A family owned and operated ranch, we live where your horses roam, and strive to create a nurturing environment for both horses and owners.

Care + Facilities
During the warm months, the horses graze across 25 acres of pastures. We rotate the horses daily ensuring they have constant access to fresh grasses and water.
During the winter months, the herd moves to our western pasture where they are given high quality hay twice daily and have access to heated water troughs and a shed to shelter.
Boarding includes space for one horse trailer per boarder. While many boarders prefer to tack out of their trailers, we also have a tack room on site for your use.
Many boarders visit their horses throughout the week while others are only able to visit occasionally, knowing their much loved horse is in good hands until they can return.
